Petal and Rose is happy to look after your flower requirements.

Quality Control:

Coming from a customer service background, I take immense pride in everything I do and aim to have a wow factor in my work.
Fresh Flowers, just like fresh produce, come from nature and can be challenged by supply and demand, seasonal availability and other circumstances. To be able to supply the highest quality possible, I may have to occassionaly use my own discretion to substitute flowers and foliage as required, while adhering closely to your brief.

Delivery:

When able I will personally deliver your flowers to ensure they are delivered with a smile and ready for you to enjoy. Deliveries will not be to specific daily times, but will be within a timely manner.
Please ensure you supply sufficient and correct delivery instructions.
If the recipient is not at home to take delivery, I will use my best endeavours to leave in a safe space for collection by the recipient upon arriving home. However, in the event that this is not possible, I will return the flowers with me and a second delivery will be made at your charge.
If an incorrect address is supplied and the flowers have to be returned to Petal and Rose, a new delivery charge will apply and same day delivery may not be guaranteed.

Petal and Rose will not accept liability for any loss or damage after delivery has been made.

Subscriptions and orders:

All subscriptions and orders over $75.00 per week are delivered free of charge with the Terms and Conditions as above on delivery details.

All orders under $75.00 will incur a small delivery fee as discussed with clients during the brief.

Petal and Rose will collect vases and replenish new flowers and vases as per each client’s subscription. Weekly turnover is highly recommended and can be discussed on an individual basis.

Vases and Decorative Items:

All vases and decorative items (twigs, branches, dried elements) remain the property of Petal and Rose, unless purchased by the client. No additional charges will apply for such sundries, however, if breakage or loss applies there will be a recovery cost of same.
Petal and Rose will pick up vases at no additional cost for any subscriptions over $97.00.

It is recommended that if you wish to deliver a gift in a vase that the vase be purchased with your order.  I have a range of vases starting from $20.00.

Vases can be purchased by subscription clients if desired.

Returns:

All my flowers come with full written care instructions. Please follow instructions to allow the blooms to reach their full potential. Flowers should last for between one – two weeks if cared for appropriately, however, this is dependent on the season and the chosen flowers.
If for any valid reason you are not satisfied with your Petal and Rose flowers, please call me within 24 hours of receipt. I will make every effort to ensure quality control has not been compromised. We are happy to offer a refund or replacement if there is an issue with the quality of the flower upon delivery. Proof of purchase is required.
